My girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to keep a journal of all our adventurous exploits, so we decided that what better way to do that than with a "His and Hers" blog on the internet!
Now our adventures span from just sitting and talking to crashing the renaissance festival. We go everywhere from the park to the Chinese cultural center.
Our hope is that people enjoy reading each adventure from the others point of view and that we too will better understand each other and how we think. Because lets face it, men and women are vastly different!
We hope that you enjoy reading this as much as we enjoy telling you about our adventures!

Times and Relationships (His)
Storyweaver: <!— @page { margin: 0.79in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } —>So times are tough, and relationships can be hard. Interaction with fellow humans can be difficult in and of themselves. The point is that a relationship is not tested and proven strong through the times when your laughing and having a great time nor is it only tested when you argue and fight. But rather however it is defined, hardened, and reinforced by the bad times and then cooled and enjoyed during the good. You need both to build lasting and strong relationships. Sure they arent enjoyable, but when everything is resolved and you step back you will have the opportunity to fall in love with your significant other all over again. I dont know much, Im not perfect, I sometimes act like an ass and I sometimes say the wrong thing, but through all of that she still says that she loves me. That means more to me than anything else in the world. Because without her love I dont know what I would do.
So ill keep on working and improving and doing everything I can to work through any problems that rise up, ill do this because she means the world to me.

Before the First Date (Hers):
Well, a week had passed since my first meeting with Alexander (my boyfriend’s character at the fair), anyways, through out the week I was both worried that he had forgotten about me and anxious to see if the would remember me when I went back to see him. I returned to the fair on a sunday, I remember waiting in line for the front gate to open, my foot tapping the ground impatiently as I stared at the time on my phone. Once the cannon sounded and everyone entered, I tried to think of where I would find Alexander. Well, I didn’t have to travel very far, I saw a group of the king’s men standing in a circle playing some sort of game on a patch of grass not far from the enterance, and as I moved clkoser I saw Alexander, I was unsure if he would reconize me, but I think his eyes lit up a little when he saw me. From that point we spent the day talking and pretty much just getting to know each other, I could tell that we were going to be great friends.

The next meeting (His)

Storyweaver (His): So after our first meeting, I went about my week, telling my friends about this amazing girl I met and how much I had hoped to see her again like she promised. Well saturday came and went and I didnt see her. I started thinking she had decided not to come, wouldnt have been the first time. I am not your stereo typical “hot” male specimen, ha! But that sunday, as I went about my duty at the Fair, she came up behind me and surprised me. I can honestly say that I had never been so happy to see someone in my life. We stood and watched the rest of the cast as they played our daily game of Bocci Ball. I just seemed to connect with her on so many levels, She was dorky like me. She enjoyed the little things, she had aspirations and dreams. Not only that she had a plan on how to achieve them! She wasnt afraid to speak her mind and to tell someone how things were no matter who they were. It was at the end of this day that I asked her out for a date, and she accepted. We exchanged numbers before the day was through and we spent the days until our date getting to know eachother.

His Feelings…
Storyweaver: So I told you about when we met, and logic says that I should continue with said story. But I’m more illogical than that. I want to tell you a bit about how I see my girlfriend. To me, she is the most beautiful, talented and hard working girl I know. I love her sense of humor, her thoughts and ideas. She is adventurous, daring, and exciting. But most of all she dreams, she dreams about her future, what she wants out of life and what she needs to do to get there. In a world where most are taught that they are entitled to a rich life full of money and pleasure that they dont have to work for, I managed to find a girl who believes the opposite of everyone else. I just feel so blessed and privileged to be with her. So yea, I just wanted you all to know where I was coming from with all of this. My next post, which will probably be on wednesday, will be about the following weekend to the one when we met. That was a fun day! Youll love it, I know.
